Wanted to let you know she is infact White and is in 'Pokemon Adventures' written by Hidenori Kusaka a manga about all the starter characters of pokemon and everyone else in the game. Even the creator and game producer said it is how they would want it portrayed and suggest every fan to read it. So I guess it is'offical' in a way. You should read it,it's amazing!
